On September 14, Osh State University organized a clean-up day in observance of World Cleanup Day. Around 5,000 students and faculty members participated in the initiative, working to clean up the surrounding areas, city streets, and remove litter.

The World Cleanup Day campaign, held annually on the third Saturday of September, brings together people from various nations to engage in environmental clean-up efforts. The goal is to unite the public, media, government, and businesses in a collective effort to clear litter and promote lasting cleanliness.
