In early November, the Coordinating Council of the Educational and Methodological Association at Osh State University convened to discuss key topics, including the procedure for “Developing, Approving, and Modifying Educational Standards at OshSU.” The council also reviewed the “Model for Developing Educational Standards” and considered experimental curricula.

The online meeting brought together Nurlan Omurov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at OshSU, as well as faculty members, representatives from domestic and international universities, and industry employers.

Currently, the university has outlined seven strategic priorities as part of its sustainable development program under its special status. To advance these priorities, OshSU has introduced various new systems and structures.

One of the seven priorities is the transformation of educational activities. To support this goal, the university has established an Educational and Methodological Association.
