Osh: University Lecturers Receive Academic Publishing Training
Around 30 lecturers from universities in the Osh region participated in a comprehensive training program focused on academic writing, international journal standards, and article publication processes. The sessions were held at Osh State University’s Faculty of International Medicine from November 18 to 22.
The training was led by Professor Urmat Tynaliev of the University of Minnesota and Dr. Mirgul Nizayeva from the American University of Central Asia, who shared their expertise. By the end of the program, participants had prepared 30 articles for submission to Scopus-indexed journals and established a professional research community.
The initiative was supported by small grants from the US government and internal funding programs of Osh State University.
