Osh History Teachers Complete Training for Nationwide ORT Exam Preparation

History teachers from Osh city’s high schools completed training for nationwide ORT exam preparation. The training took place from January 23 to 28 at the Institute of History and Law at Osh State University. During the sessions, teachers gained in-depth knowledge of general history and effective teaching methods.

The seminar was led by Associate Professor Gulzada Zhumashova from the Department of General History and Methods of Teaching History, along with Kuttubek Orunbai uulu, a lecturer from the Department of History of Kyrgyzstan, Archaeology, and Ethnology. Experts from the Osh State University Center for Advanced Studies also contributed to the training.

Participants praised the seminar’s high level of organization and expressed gratitude to the specialists. They emphasized their willingness to maintain close collaboration with the Institute of History and Law and the Center for Advanced Studies. The institute’s faculty members also plan to continue regular engagement with schools in the future.
