The representative office of Russian cooperation in Kyrgyzstan serves to further bilateral relations in the field of education
Osh State University was visited by Albert Zulharneev, the acting director of the Russian Cooperation in Kyrgyzstan representative office, Irina Tsareva, the curator of the representative office's educational activities, and Svetlana Buchneva, a representative of the Russian House in Osh.
During the meeting with the rector of the educational institution, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, there was talk about double degree programs and bilateral agreements between Russian higher education institutions and OshSU.
In the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of the Representative Office of Russian Cooperation emphasized that they would support acquiring quotas through the association of Russian-Kyrgyz technical universities, of which OshSU is a member. Additionally, they stated that OshSU would help increase collaboration with Russian higher education institutions.
Currently, OshSU has bilateral partnerships with more than 70 Russian universities. A double degree program in 23 fields with 8 higher education institutions was among them.
