Tuition-free education is made available to ethnic Kyrgyz

For the 2022–2023 academic year, the Kyrgyz Republic allotted 75 quotas for the education of ethnic Kyrgyz living abroad in accordance with the President of the Kyrgyz Republic's Decree "On Measures to Provide Education and Support to Compatriots Living Abroad in Matters of National Culture."

Tuition-free education is made available in the following order:

10 quotas for ethnic Kyrgyz living in the Republic of Turkey,

5 quotas for ethnic Kyrgyz living in the People's Republic of China,

5 quotas for ethnic Kyrgyz living in the Republic of Kazakhstan,

30 quotas for ethnic Kyrgyz living in the Republic of Uzbekistan,

25 quotas for ethnic Kyrgyz living in the Republic of Tajikistan
