The III Forum of University Rectors from Kyrgyzstan and Russia began at Osh State University
The III Forum of University Rectors from Kyrgyzstan and Russia is held in the main premises of Osh State University.
The forum brings together leaders from pertinent ministries and more than 80 university rectors from Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
The goal of the forum is to discuss key directions of Kyrgyz-Russian inter-university cooperation in the fields of science and education, the formation of a common educational space, and the convergence of higher education systems in Kyrgyzstan and Russia within the framework of Eurasian integration.
The coordination of this event is provided by various organizations, including the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Association of Universities of the Kyrgyz Republic, Osh State University, the Russian Rectors' Union, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Within the framework of the forum, more than 50 bilateral cooperation agreements are expected to be established.
