Unlocking Potential: Effective Methods of Teaching Adults Explored in Kyrgyzstan
From November 4th to 7th, 2023, 18 educators from Osh State University in Kyrgyzstan embarked on a transformative journey by participating in the “Adult Learning Methodology” training program, organized by DVV International's Curriculum Global initiative. Associate professor at the Leningrad Institute for Advanced Education and an independent expert in adult education Olga Agapova noted that the training aimed to equip educators with practical insights into a broad spectrum of adult learning methodologies.
DVV International plays a crucial role in empowering populations, including the unemployed, convicts, socially vulnerable youth, and women. This initiative not only provides support to these groups but also contributes significantly to strengthening the capacity of adult education institutions and their staff. This, in turn, leads to the enhancement of the overall quality of adult education in the country.
