Osh State University's Mobile Clinic: A Lifeline for Remote Healthcare
The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan has provided Osh State University with a mobile clinic to make healthcare services accessible in remote areas.This state-of-the-art facility is equipped to provide a spectrum of medical services, including dentistry, gynecology, ophthalmology, therapy, and otolaryngology.
During a recent visit to Osh State University, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Edil Baisalov, personally acquainted himself with the capabilities and potential impact of the mobile clinic. He underscores the government's commitment to expanding healthcare services and ensuring that even remote populations have access to quality medical care.
The university`s medical specialists are set to embark on a “Caravan of Health,” a proactive initiative aimed at reaching out to residents of remote regions. This mobile healthcare unit will traverse distant areas, offering free medical services to those who may face challenges in accessing healthcare facilities.
