The international forum “Business, Education, Science and Government Interaction: Opportunities and Development Paths for Regions,” organized in honor of Osh State University’s 85th anniversary, has concluded.
Attendees included university rectors from US, China, Japan, the Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and other CIS countries, company directors, ambassadors, representatives of international foundations, local authorities, rectors of over 30 universities in Kyrgyzstan, heads of 63 commercial companies, and members of the media.
The forum featured panel sessions held on the Ak-Buura campus of OshSU. Topics discussed included “Integration of the Business and Research Potential of Universities to Provide the Economic Environment with Innovations and Modern Technologies,” “State and Administrative Support for Fostering Interaction between Academic, Business Environments and Production,” “Integration of the University Community and Business in Training a New Generation of Personnel for Sustainable Development of the Regional Economy,” and “The Impact of Mass Media on Promoting the Integration of Business, Government, Education and Science.”
Discussions at these sessions focused on merging the initiatives of the scientific community, business sector, and state and local authorities to impact regional socio-economic development. A resolution was adopted as a result.
The event concluded with a grand show concert at the Suyunbaev Central Stadium.
