Osh State University Crowned Champion of “Health Games 2024” Spartakiad
Osh State University emerged as the champion of the 2024 Spartakiad for university employees, “Den-Sooluk 2024” or “Health Games 2024”. The event, held from June 25 to July 1, 2024, at the sports base of the Kogultur Ysyk-Kol sanatorium in Cholpon-Ata, saw the teaching staff of various universities in the Kyrgyz Republic compete.
In the overall team competition, Osh State University lecturers clinched the 1st place. Here are the performance results of the Osh State University teams:
Volleyball:
- Men over 45 years old: 2nd place
- Men under 40 years old: 1st place
- Women over 40 years old: 1st place
- Women under 40 years old: 1st place
Football:
- Over 40 years old: 3rd place
Streetball:
- Over 40 years old: 3rd place
- Under 40 years old: 1st place
Ordo: 1st place
Chess:
- Men: 1st place
- Women: 2nd place
Toguz Korgool:
- Men: 1st place
- Women: 3rd place
Table Tennis:
- Men: 2nd place
- Women: 1st place
The Health Games aims to promote physical education and sports among the educational workers of the Kyrgyz Republic, encouraging them to lead a healthy lifestyle.
