Munarbek Seyitbek uulu Advances to Semifinals at Paris Olympics
Munarbek Seyitbek uulu, a graduate of Osh State University and participant in the Paris Olympics in boxing, has advanced to the competition's semifinals.
In the quarterfinals, he achieved victory over American boxer Jhamal Harvey. Previously, Munarbek had defeated Cuban athlete Saidel Ivan Orta Rodriguez del Rey. The Kyrgyz boxer has already secured a bronze medal at the Olympics.
In the semifinals on August 8, Munarbek will face Javier Ibanez Diaz from Bulgaria.
Munarbek Seyitbek uulu completed his bachelor's and master's degrees at Osh State University in physical education. He has been a member of the national boxing team since 2017. Munarbek’s coaches are sports master of Kyrgyzstan and Osh State University lecturer Beganas Sultanbaev, and honored sports master of Kyrgyzstan Turdaly Omorov.
