Munarbek Seyitbek uulu Wins Silver Medal at Olympic Games
Munarbek Seyitbek uulu reached the final of the Olympic Games, where on the night of August 11, he fought against the reigning World champion Abdumalik Khalokov from Uzbekistan. As a result, the Uzbek athlete proved to be stronger, and Munarbek Seyitbek uulu was awarded the silver medal.
On the night of August 1 Munarbek defeated Saidel Hortu from Cuba by a split decision to advance to the quarterfinals. He then triumphed over the World Champion Jamal Harvey from the USA and Javier Ibanez Diaz from Bulgaria.
Munarbek Seyitbek uulu is an alumnus of both the bachelor's and master's programs at Osh State University.
