Osh State University students complete first stage of dual-degree program
Today, Osh State University hosted an evening of students studying under the dual-degree program within the framework of the bilateral cooperation agreement between Osh State University and the Gumilyov Eurasian National University. According to the agreement, students study at Osh State University for the first two years and at ENU for the next two years.
The event was attended by the heads of the university and faculties, faculty, students, their parents, and Kazakh diplomats.
The graduates of the first stage of study were congratulated by Osh State University Vice-Rector Nurlan Omurov and Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Osh Karibai Mukhtar Akhat. The heads of faculties, departments, and student group curators also addressed the audience. Then the graduates expressed their gratitude. Active students were awarded prizes and memorable gifts.
The event ended with speeches by parents. 16 students and 4 postgraduates are going to study at ENU.
