Students from the Industrial and Pedagogical College of Osh State University conducted research on the Kyrgyz language, leading to the development of specialized scientific articles. On November 14, they presented their findings at a college-hosted scientific seminar.
The event, themed “Kyrgyz Language - the Language of Education, Culture, and Science,” was attended by Vice-Rector for Language and Social Work Mastura Sharipova, as well as faculty and students. Presentations covered topics such as the history of Kyrgyz orthography, the integration of new words into the language, and the representation of the Kyrgyz language in literary works.
This seminar was part of a three-month series of events marking the 35th anniversary of the Kyrgyz State Language Day at Osh State University, aimed at strengthening students’ engagement with science and education.
