Melis Mamatzhanov took first place in the Young Wave - 2021 competition.
A poetry contest was held in Issyk-Kul among young poets aged 18 to 35. It was attended by about 300 writers from across the country.
An employee of Osh State University, a young poet Melis Mamatjanov, who took part in the competition, took first place and was awarded 50 thousand soms. Poet Berdibek Zhamgyrchiev took the main prize, and Akbar Kubanychbekov took the second place.
