In accordance with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and in order to take an inventory of legislation in the field of education, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul held a broad discussion of the changes and additions proposed for introduction into regulatory legal acts related to the problems of management, financing and development of the education system ... The working seminar was attended by the rector of Osh State University Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov and the head of the financial planning department of the university Zamir Pusurov.
