Professor Kapar Zulpukarov was nominated as a best educator in the CIS
Doctor of Philology, Professor Zulpukarov Kapar Zulpukarovich took part in the VI Congress of teachers of the CIS countries "The educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States - a strategic source of sustainable development", which was held in the capital of Tajikistan.
