At the Korean Language and Culture Center, Rector of Osh State University K. Kojobekov, Director of the Republic of Korea Educational Center in Bishkek Kim Jeong, Director of the International Relations Department A. Abduvaliev, Dean of the Faculty of World Languages and Culture R. Sagyndykova, teachers and students met.
The director of the South Korean Education Center presented the center with 7,000 textbooks and furniture. They discussed collaboration in the evolution of the Korean language and listened to student presentations on their knowledge.
Students can study the Korean language, Korean culture, and the similarities and contrasts between the Kyrgyz and Korean languages at the center.
Korean language scholarships are given out at the end of each semester to students majoring in the Korean language. Students in the second year can participate in the academic mobility program, which allows them to study in the first semester of higher education in South Korea.
