At the IX Interregional Conference, Osh State University's Rector spoke
Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, rector of Osh State University, spoke at the IX Kyrgyz-Russian interregional conference in Yekaterinburg "Universities' international connections as a tool for fostering humanitarian cooperation The key to strengthening inter-university ties is the exchange of experience."
The report advocates for the establishment of scholarship programs such as Erasmus +, Mevlana (Turkey), DAAD (Germany), and Hanban, Luban, and other Chinese foundations. In some localities, unified educational programs are being developed, and budget places are being set aside for combined educational initiatives. He proposed that tuition fees for Kyrgyz Republic students enrolled in collaborative educational programs in Kyrgyzstan be maintained at the same level as in Kyrgyzstan.
