The event "Priority Specialists and Professions" was held at Osh State University
The festival was held to promote priority specializations and professions, as well as to assist applicants seeking admission to schools and lyceums in choosing the correct career path. Employer participation in the creation of the vocational education system was also a major activity.
Vice Rector for Secondary Vocational Education and Vocational Training Tazhimamat Erkebaev, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs Zhyldyz Artykova, Head of the Information Technology Department of the Osh branch of CADAST Orozaly Kyshtobaev, Director of IPC Olzhobai Shaimkulov, 12 colleges and lyceums from all regions of Kyrgyzstan, representatives, students and pupils from schools in Osh took part.
The guests were treated to college and lyceum career fairs, lectures on specialties and centers of excellence, competitions, student fashion shows, college creative teams, and Kyrgyz pop star concerts.
The festival was organized as part of the Ministry of Education and Science's Sector Development Program: Skills for Inclusive Growth, which was supported by the Asian Development Bank.
