In Issyk-Kul, the Den Sooluk Sports Games are begun
The Spartakiad "Den Sooluk" for staff members of Kyrgyz Republic educational institutions got underway at the sports base of the sanatorium "Kyrgyz Denizi" in the village of Bosteri Issyk-Kul. On June 21, the event's opening ceremony took place. Teachers from Osh State University marched in uniform in a procession for the opening.
Athletes arrived at the sports day under the direction of Zhyldyz Artykova, vice-rector for student work, and Absamat Sattarov, president of the Labor Union at Osh State University.
Sports like volleyball, basketball, football, chess, tennis, ordo, and toguz korgool currently feature matches between teams under 40 and over 40. The final matchups will be revealed in the information below.
The State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports, which is part of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic are all take part in the Den Sooluk Games from June 20 to June 26.
