OshSU cooperates with a leading university in China
Osh State University (OshSU) has launched cooperation with one of the leading higher education institutions in China — Xi’an Jiaotong University.
The relevant memorandum was signed on April 6 by the university’s Rector, Kudayberdi Kozhobekov, as part of his working visit to China. The meeting was held in the city of Xi’an. During the meeting, the parties discussed the main directions of cooperation between the two universities.
According to the agreement, academic mobility programs for students and teachers will be implemented in the future. In addition, exchange programs, seminars, and scientific conferences will be organized, and joint research will be conducted. The exchange of scientific materials and the development of innovative projects are also planned.
Within the framework of the working visit, the Rector of OshSU will participate in a forum of leading universities of the world and deliver a report.
Xi’an Jiaotong University was founded in 1896. Today, it is considered one of the most prestigious universities in China. The institution provides strong education in the fields of engineering, technology, medicine, and economics. The university is a member of the C9 League organization, which unites leading universities of the country.
