The following documents are attached to the employee's personal file/electronic personal file:

-    Application for employment (optional);
-    Employment contract;
-    CV;
-    Employment record book;
-    A copy of the diploma of education (notarized);
-    A copy of the documents on the academic degree, academic title (notarized);
-    Certificate of no criminal record;
-    Copies of awards;
-    Order of employment and orders of appointment, transfer, etc.
