Young OshSU Doctors Take Prize at International Contest
A team of young doctors from Osh State University won 3rd place at the international “Pediatricians Competition” Olympiad held at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy in Bishkek.
The competition consisted of three stages, including practical skills, theoretical knowledge testing, and a final blitz round conducted via the Kahoot platform.
The team included residents and medical students and was led by instructor Adalat Ganieva. Notably, while traveling to the Olympiad, the team provided first aid to victims of a road accident on the Osh–Bishkek highway, helping to save lives.
The Olympiad, held on April 16, aimed to develop students’ clinical thinking, strengthen practical skills, and increase interest in pediatrics.
