On April 16–17, four associate professors from the Institute of Pedagogy, Arts and Journalism of Osh State University visited Kokand State University in Kokand as part of an academic mobility program.
During the visit, the lecturers delivered guest lectures to students of the host university. Zamirbek Bekmuratov presented a lecture on “Teaching Short Stories,” Chinarkan Gaparova spoke on “Multilingual Education in Higher Education Institutions: Problems and Solutions,” Malokhat Madumarova delivered a lecture on “Developing Reading Skills in Literary Reading Lessons in Primary Classes,” and Kyzburak Madanova presented on “Genre Types of Children’s Songs in Kyrgyz Oral Folklore.”
In addition, the delegation became familiar with the university’s teaching and methodological work, educational process, and scientific directions. They participated in meetings and round tables held at the Faculty of Pedagogy, where modern teaching methods, innovative pedagogical technologies, and the development of scientific research were discussed.
As a result, the two universities agreed to further deepen their cooperation. It was noted that such academic mobility programs strengthen the exchange of experience and contribute to improving the quality of education in the region.
