GRT: An order for winter admission has been issued
The Kyrgyz Republic's higher education institutions will have general republican testing for candidates in 2022 (winter admission), and the order for its organization and administration was issued by the Ministry of Education and Science. It states that winter testing will happen between November 24 and November 30, 2022.
The order was granted in accordance with the admissions process for Kyrgyz higher education institutions as outlined in Resolution No. 355 of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers dated June 30, 2022.
From October 17 through October 27, 2022, district (city) education departments will accept registrations online for general republican testing (for winter admission).
People who have completed general secondary or vocational secondary school, as attested by state model documents, and who will not be enrolled in a university during the 2022–2023 academic year, may register.
Only applicants who have signed a contract for the payment of the cost of education are selected and admitted during the winter semester at higher education institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Heads of district (city) education departments of Bishkek and Osh city education departments must perform the following:
- In accordance with the rules approved by the center of education assessment and teaching methods, to carry out organizational work on informing people interested in registering for the upcoming General republican testing;
- To allocate a special room for registration (online mode) and provide necessary means of communication, equipment and office equipment.
