Grants of $2,000 for the top 3 startups

In the Youth Business Park, business training was held covering the secrets of successful business, attracting investment, SMM, and marketing topics. 40 students with startup projects were chosen among the received 460 applications. Top enterprises in Osh were visited by participants throughout the five-day business training. Leading representatives of the business world also shared their experiences.

  

As a result of pitching 5 finalists were determined, of which 3 students received a grant of 2000 US dollars. They are Kutmanbek Zharkynbaev from the STEM Innovation College with the egg incubator project, Altynai Ukmatova from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies with the Vshokolade.kg project, and Nizami Kymbatbek uulu from the Higher School of International Education Programs with the smart barrier project.

 

Certificates were presented to all participants, and commission members expressed their gratitude for creative projects. The training was carried out in cooperation with the Youth Business Park of Osh State University within the framework of the joint "Local Development" project of USAID and the Aga Khan Foundation.
