State-funded scholarships to study at Latvian universities
The Ministry of Education and Science reports that the acceptance of documents for admission to universities in Latvia for the 2023-2024 academic year under the state scholarship program has begun.
The scholarship program operates under a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia.
Reception of documents and competitive selection of candidates is carried out by the Latvian side.
Information about educational and research scholarships is available on the website https://www.viaa.gov.lv/en/latvian-state-scholarships.
The electronic application system is carried out on the website: https://scholarships.viaa.gov.lv/en/login from February 1 to April 1, 2023. The commission will evaluate the applications of candidates and announce the results by the end of June 2023.
Application forms for scholarships for participating in summer schools are available on the website: https://www.viaa.gov.lv/en/summer-schools/ The completed application form and documents must be submitted to the organizer of the summer school by April 1, 2023.
