OshSU hosts E-BILIM FEST

E-BILIM FEST is being held at Osh State University within the framework of the project "Building a transparent future for rural communities through digitalization-DigiKonush".

Ernis Toltoev, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Osh Region, Taasilkan Zhumabayeva, Vice-Rector for Distance Education Technologies Affairs, Anna Silem, Project Manager of the Estonian International Development Center, and a representative of the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative Foundation took part and spoke at the opening ceremony of the festival.

The festival includes reports, presentations, master classes in such areas as "Girls in Science", "Robotics, 3D Publishing", "Brain-chip", "Digital Teacher", “Familiarizing lecturers with digital technologies and improving the educational process", " What is artificial intelligence for? ", "How the animation cartoon industry works", "Life hacks of computer services". For participants and visitors of the festival, an exhibition of children's books published by the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative Foundation and the students’ works was shown.

The E-BILIM FEST’s main goal is to familiarize the general public with the new opportunities of the digitalization process of the education system in Kyrgyzstan.
