Osh State University held a women’s cycling race

In honor of Mother’s Day and the university’s declaration of 2023 as the year of a healthy living, Osh State University organized cycling events for the “Rector’s Cup 2023” among women in the over 25 and over 40 age groups.

The regional council of women chairman Aikokul Myrzakarimova and vice-rector for work with the student community of Osh State University Zhyldyz Artykova participated in the competitions, which were held at the Suyumbaev stadium.

According to the results in the age category over 40 years, 1st place was taken by Rakhima Abdrasulova (Faculty of Arts), 2nd place by Bermet Zakirova (Faculty of Kyrgyz Philology and Journalism) 3rd place by Nurtazhi Kalyeva (Faculty of Theology), 4th place by Kadycha Azhimatova (Faculty of World Languages and Cultures), and 5th place by Tazagul Abdrakhmanova (Faculty of International Relations).

In the age category over 25 years old, 1st place was won by Zhyldyz Zhanybai kyzy (Faculty of Russian Philology), 2nd place by Akkuu Bekturgan (Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty), 3rd place by Ayturgan Altynbek kyzy (STEM Innovation College), 4th place by Aidai Matkerimova (Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty), and 5th place by Clara Tursunali kyzy (Faculty of Medicine). The winners were awarded diplomas and cash prizes.
