Osh State University's international connections with China are growing
On September 14-15, representatives from Osh State University participated in the "Eurasian International Educational Forum" held in Urumqi, China. The delegation included Kubanych Toktorov, the Vice-Rector for Investment and Economic Development, Anara Zhanbaeva, the Head of the Faculty of Advanced Medical Studies, and Zhazgul Imetova, the Director of Osh State University's Medical Clinic.
During the forum, several significant agreements were signed in the fields of education and medicine. Osh State University signed three memorandums with Xinjiang Medical University, Xinjiang University's Medical Center, and Xinjiang Pedagogical University. These memorandums focus on various aspects of cooperation, including the enhancement of Kyrgyz-Chinese relations, the development of education and qualifications, telemedicine platforms, scientific collaborations, and academic mobility programs.
The memorandum signed between Osh State University and Xinjiang Medical University aims to strengthen cooperation in the fields of education and medicine. This includes the development of telemedicine platforms, the advancement of scientific research, and the implementation of academic mobile projects.
The memorandum between Osh State University's Medical Clinic and Xinjiang University's Medical Center focuses on collaborative efforts in medical practice, qualification improvement, scientific research, and the exchange of experience in the field of healthcare.
The "Eurasian International Educational Forum" brought together representatives from 12 universities, experts, and scholars from China, Central Asia, and the Caucasus region to foster cooperation and exchange ideas in education and medicine.
