The main organizer of the competition is the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. Co-organizers of the competition include the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption, and the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Participants in the competition can be citizens aged 14 to 35 years old, either individuals or creative teams. The competition has two categories: "Best Poster" and "Best Video." The theme of the competition is "Together Against Corruption!"
Competition entries (posters and videos) are accepted on the competition website www.anticorruption.life in the Russian language. It is permissible to submit competition entries in the national language of the contestants with a mandatory translation into Russian (posters should include explanatory text, videos should have subtitles).
To participate in the competition, you need to register on the official competition website by filling out the registration form and agreeing to the competition rules. Competition entries in electronic form are uploaded through the participant's personal account on the official competition website www.anticorruption.life.
File formats for the "Best Poster" category: JPG, resolution in accordance with A3 format (297 x 420 mm) with the correct aspect ratio and a resolution of 300 dpi. The physical size of one file should not exceed 15 MB.
File formats for the "Best Video" category: mp4, resolution not exceeding 1920 x 1080p, physical file size not exceeding 300 MB. Duration: not more than 120 seconds. Sound: 16-bit stereo.
Competition entries must not contain:
Text, plots, actions of stage characters and characters that contradict the internal laws of the participating countries in the competition, as well as discredit the work of state authorities and local self-government bodies, or offend the religious feelings of citizens.
• Profanity, words and phrases that demean human dignity, expressive and slang expressions, hidden advertising, smoking, firearms and cold weapons, explosive substances, the process of making explosive devices, the use of alcoholic and narcotic substances, and other psychotropic substances.
• Fake addresses and phone numbers, information about religious movements, including religious symbols, names, and mentions of existing trademarks, service marks, physical and legal entities.
• Images of fascist symbols (swastikas), scenes of violence, any form of discrimination, vandalism, blood, representations of bodily suffering of people and animals, intimate scenes, views of naked people, or other information in any form that degrades the dignity of individuals or groups of people, as well as information that may harm the health and/or development of children or contains calls for extremist activities.
• The use of other people's texts, video, and audio materials (plagiarism), except for cases of quoting works within the limits permitted by copyright legislation.
In case of non-compliance with these restrictions, the work is not allowed to participate in the competition at any stage.
On the official competition website, after October 20, 2023, the best competition entries selected by the National Competition Commissions (other competent authorities) of the participating countries are published for general viewing by the organizer in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of these Rules.
