University Press Services Training Conducted in Bishkek

Press secretary of Osh State University, Zinagul Nuralieva, and a reporter from the “Umut” TV studio at Osh State University, Meerim Aitmamatova, participated in an intensive training organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic in collaboration with the Kyrgyz-Turkish University “Manas”.

The training was inaugurated by the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, and the Dean of the Faculty of Communication at the Kyrgyz-Turkish University “Manas”, Sezai Mehmet. Minister Kendirbaeva specifically addressed the transition to a 12-year school education system and emphasized the role of the press in objectively informing the public about these changes.

During the intensive training, thematic lectures were presented by faculty members of the Kyrgyz-Turkish University. Topics included “How to write excellent PR texts?” by Gulzada Stanalieva, “New trends in news writing techniques” by Erdogan Akman, “PR strategy for universities” by media expert Tagzhan Aidaraliev, “How to conduct an efficient broadcast?” by Shirin Kostyuk, and others.

Participants also visited the “Media Manas” center to familiarize themselves with its operations. At the conclusion of the training, all participants were awarded with special certificates.
