Nurgul Karaeva, PhD and faculty member at the Higher School of International Educational Programs at Osh State University, completed a scientific and educational internship in Dubai under the “Digital Academy” initiative. The internship took place from May 29 to June 5.

As part of the program, Dr. Karaeva visited two prominent institutions — the University of Wollongong and the University of Dubai — where she explored their educational systems and engaged in experience-sharing related to innovative teaching practices.

“During the training, we had the chance to explore contemporary teaching approaches in engineering, STEM fields, history, and pedagogy, and to learn from international educational practices,” noted Dr. Karaeva.

The “Digital Academy” project, established in 2019 by Asylbek Madaliev, is focused on advancing digital education, equipping educators with new technologies, and enhancing their capabilities for integration into the digital era.
