Second Stage of Personnel Reserve Competition at Osh State University Concludes
The second phase of the competition for professorial positions at Osh State University has wrapped up, with 101 candidates taking part, according to Gulsara Turdubaeva, Head of the Personnel Department.
The assessments focused on pedagogy and psychology. Of the participants, 59 candidates scored above 70 points, qualifying them for the next stage. Meanwhile, 37 candidates scored below the passing threshold, and five did not attend the exam.
Osh State University has been conducting this personnel reserve competition since 2019. To date, approximately 75% of the successful candidates have gone on to secure employment.
