Soft Skills TOT Training Held for Educators in Osh

A three-day Training of Trainers (TOT) session titled "Methodological Approaches to the Development and Assessment of Soft Skills" was conducted in Osh from June 27 to 29. The training aimed to enhance teachers' ability to incorporate soft skills into their teaching practices and foster a safe and supportive learning environment.

The event brought together educators and was attended by key figures such as Nurzhamal Mapaeva, Vice-Rector for Community Work and Youth Policy at Osh State University; Tashbolot Joroev, Director of the Center for Advanced Training; and Kulsara Sultanova, Head of the Accreditation and Licensing Department.

Throughout the training, participants explored pedagogical competencies and gained insights into how soft skills influence students’ academic success and personal growth. The program included hands-on activities and introduced practical strategies for teaching soft skills. Key topics addressed included emotional intelligence, value-driven decision-making, teamwork, effective communication, and managing decisions during crises.
