Gulnozakhon Rahmatova, a student of the Institute of Oriental Studies at Osh State University, won the titles “Best Student of the CIS” and “Leader of the 21st Century” following the results of a competition held among CIS countries.
The award ceremony took place in Astana, Kazakhstan, where the prize was presented by the BILIM-ORKENIETI National Innovative Research Center. The winner received a statuette and a First-Degree Diploma.
The competition was organized among students of higher education institutions from CIS member countries. Participants were evaluated based on their contributions to education, science, sports, and culture, as well as their active involvement in public and social activities.
