A student scientific event dedicated to the birthday of the great English physicist Isaac Newton was held at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technologies of Osh State University. The event was organized under the title “The Father of Modern Physics – Isaac Newton.”

During the event, students delivered presentations on Newton’s life and scientific discoveries. Presentations were also given on classical mechanics, the law of universal gravitation, his work in optics, and his contribution to the development of modern physics. In addition, various physical experiments and models prepared by students were demonstrated.

At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to students who delivered the best presentations and successfully demonstrated experiments. The active participation of all attendees was acknowledged, and gratitude was expressed.

The event was initiated by the Department of General Physics and Methods of Teaching Physics. Its aim was to deepen students’ knowledge of the theoretical foundations of physics, develop their scientific thinking, and create opportunities to apply the professional competencies of a physics teacher in practice.
