On February 5–6, Osh State University hosted joint trainings on breast cancer prevention within the Poland–Kyrgyzstan RITA international project.
About 30 lecturers and 500 students took part in the trainings, learning about breast cancer risk factors, symptoms, and prevention methods, as well as practicing self-examination techniques.
The project aims to introduce Polish methodology into the educational process and contribute to the development of public health in Osh region.
The main partner is the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz (Poland).
