Memorandum signed with Samarkand Institute
On February 24, a bilateral memorandum on educational and research cooperation was signed with Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
The meeting included key representatives from both institutions. Discussions focused on academic exchange, joint research projects, and introducing international programs.
Under the memorandum, plans include a 1+1 master’s program and a 2+2 dual-degree bachelor program for Russian language students.
