On April 15, the “Youth – Education – International Cooperation” Forum and the “Model of the Jogorku Kenesh” event, organized by the Youth Parliament, were held at Osh State University.

Within the framework of the event, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and training workshops were organized, providing participants with information aimed at increasing socio-political activity. As a result, a resolution was adopted, and a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Youth Parliament of Osh State University and the southern regional office of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kyrgyzstan.

In addition, students took on the roles of deputies, directly participating in the processes of proposing, discussing, and adopting draft laws. This format allowed them to gain practical experience in parliamentary activities.

The forum was attended by the Chairman of the Osh City Council, Bolotbek Baetov; the Head of the Social Development Department of the Osh Mayor’s Office, Nurlan Zakirov; Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Public Relations of Osh State University, Nurjamal Mapaeva; as well as experts and leaders from various fields. They exchanged views with young people on topics such as education, youth policy, international cooperation, and leadership.

The event aimed to inspire youth toward leadership, support their understanding of the public administration system, and promote modern education.
