Journalism Students Join Press Tour in Batken
Teachers and students of the Journalism program at Osh State University are taking part in a press tour in Batken Region on May 12–13.
Participants visited the “SEDEP” hub in Kyzyl-Kiya and learned about traditional Kyrgyz handicrafts and bridal dowry preparation.
The delegation will also meet women entrepreneurs in Kulundu and Internatsional village to explore local creative projects and carpet weaving traditions.
The press tour aims to promote women’s achievements in the creative industry, improve students’ practical journalism skills, and support regional initiatives through media.
