Representatives of the Konya Selçuk Center visited the Faculty of Theology
Teachers from the Konya Selçuk Higher Religious Specialization Center under the Diyanet Academy of the Turkish Directorate of Religious Affairs visited the Faculty of Theology of Osh State University on August 4 to discuss the development of academic cooperation.
The meeting was attended by the faculty leadership, teachers, graduates of the faculty and the Konya Selçuk Higher Religious Specialization Center, and relevant specialists.
The parties discussed the issues of expanding new educational opportunities for students, strengthening academic cooperation, and accepting graduates of the Theology Faculty to continue their studies at the Higher Religious Specialization Center in Konya.
The center will implement a special curriculum in the main areas of Islamic sciences, Islamic law (fiqh), tafsir, hadith, aqeedah, and advanced Arabic.
At the end of the meeting, both sides noted their interest in further strengthening cooperation, expanding academic ties, and creating new opportunities for students and young professionals.
So far, 20 graduates of the Faculty of Theology have completed advanced training courses at the Konya Selcuk Center and improved their professional knowledge.
