The patient who underwent surgery at the Osh State University Medical Center recovered from 30–32% to 60% in a year.
61-year-old Dilaram Toychubayeva is a resident of Nookat district. She was admitted to the center in 2024 in critical condition. The examination revealed that her left ventricular ejection fraction was 30–32%. After appropriate preparation, the patient underwent coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on a functioning heart. The operation was performed by cardiac surgeon Jakshylyk Abdimitalipov.
“When the patient came to us, his condition was serious. Before that, he had not been able to get treatment at other medical institutions. Despite this, we decided to conduct a full examination of the patient and prepare him for surgery. Our main task is to help each patient as much as possible,” says Jazgul Imetova, director of the medical center.
After the operation, the patient continued to receive treatment under the supervision of white-collar workers. Almost a year later, a re-examination revealed that the heart's ejection fraction had reached 60%. Doctors note that this result was also influenced by postoperative treatment, regular monitoring, and the patient's strict adherence to medical recommendations.
