Amantur Erkinov, a fourth-year student at the Institute of History and Law, won first place at Build Global AI Hackathon 2026. His Webordo.kg project earned him a $2,000 prize.

The competition was held in Osh from October 9 to 11. More than 35 teams of young participants competed. The event featured full-day project development sessions, work with experts, and pitch presentations. While most participants competed in teams, Amantur took part individually with two projects: Webordo.kg and ONLINE PRINTER.

Webordo.kg is a digital platform designed for cafés, restaurants, and barbershops. It offers online menus, order placement, and online booking. The platform has been operating for more than six months, connecting 75 businesses in Bishkek and Osh and processing over 12,000 orders.

Although Amantur plans to become a lawyer, he develops IT projects independently. He is also a member of the OshSU team that won the Enactus Kyrgyzstan 2026 championship.

“Being a lawyer does not prevent me from working in IT. On the contrary, understanding the law helps you build reliable and legally compliant products. This victory belongs to our university and the young people of Osh,” he said.
