Students' attendance is tracked through QR code

In order to facilitate this, unique QR codes have been set in the university's faculties and colleges' study rooms. Students will mark a QR code before entering each class as a way to control attendance.

Up until now, teachers have recorded their students' academic progress and attendance in routine journals. They start using electronic journals with the start of the new academic year. The "Teacher of OshMU" mobile app is used to implement the electronic journal. Like a conventional notebook, the teacher completes the lecture. The student will immediately be marked if they have marked the QR code.

The same procedure can be carried out from the portal if the teacher does not have a phone or if it is not functional due to technological issues. There, lecturer must choose the topic and the "making a lecture" portion, record the student involvement, and then shut off the software.

A choice of lecturers for the first courses of the new academic year has also been made possible. If this exercise is a success, it will be completely implemented starting with the next academic year.
