People relocated from the villages in Batken that border Tajikistan are being housed in dorms built by OshSU. At the university, a mobile team of psychologists and healthcare professionals was established. Currently, a team of working psychologists with graduate degrees, and students, led by the head of the psychology department, Akcach Joldoshova, visited the dormitories to offer first psychological assistance to families and young children.

The team under the direction of Nargiza Eshtaeva, director of the Center for Helping Families and Children under the Osh mayor's office also gives help.
