The Kyrgyz Republic's Ministry of Education and Science's near-term aims
- increasing staff and educational and methodical rooms,
- establishing a facility for the independent certification and validation of formal, informal, and non-formal education;
- establishing of a "electronic school" with the release of education-related documents outlining a governmental standard for instructing migrants and children with impairments,
- putting into action the "Multi-profile Rehabilitation and Developmental Pedagogical Center" project;

- establishing the state institution "Digital Education," which holds competitions to fill open leadership posts in kindergartens, schools, primary, and secondary professional organizations;
- acquisition of 24168 computers for the Republic's 1200 schools;
- the 12-year schooling program's implementation (production of new generation textbooks, advanced training of teachers and retraining, development of school standards, educational and methodological complexes, preparation for PISA);
- supplies for biology, physics, and chemistry classes;
- building a center for technical innovation (which led to the development of the Tumo educational platform); - setting up medical facilities in schools;
- buying interactive whiteboards and electronic textbooks for classrooms;
- equipment for the 25 professional lyceums' seminars.
