Olympic champion Kanybek Osmonaliev at OshSU
Today, on October 28, Kanybek Osmonaliev, the first Kyrgyz athlete and the winner of the XXII Summer Olympic Games held in Moscow, and Kabil Makeshov, journalist and the author of several books on sports, paid a visit to OshSU.
They met and talked with the rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov. The rector discussed student accomplishments as well as the athletic activities that are carried out at the university. At the end of the meeting, Kanybek Osmonaliev handed over his books to the university library.
Tomorrow, Kanybek Osmonaliev will meet with athletes and coaches at the Osh City Boxing and Weightlifting School.
